2. Conditions for Refund

To be eligible for a refund, you must meet the following criteria:

  • The refund request is initiated within 30 days of the original purchase date.
  • You have completed at least one guided technical support session to attempt to resolve any accuracy or microphone issues. Speech recognition often requires minor environmental adjustments.
  • Upon refund approval, you agree to permanently delete the software from all devices and destroy any physical or digital copies of the license key. The license key will be electronically deactivated and blacklisted on the manufacturer's authentication servers.

3. Non-Refundable Items

The following services and products are strictly non-refundable:

  • Remote Technical Support Plans: If technical support time has been utilized or a technician has logged into your machine remotely, the service is considered rendered and is non-refundable.
  • Advance Implementation Plans: Specialized business deployment, training, and integration labor costs are non-refundable.

4. How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund, please contact our support team at info@dragonbynuance.com with your Order ID and a brief explanation of why the software did not meet your expectations. Approved refunds will be processed back to the original method of payment (e.g., PayPal) within 5-7 business days.
